baked jalepeno poppers

I made this up for a get together of my husband's co-workers. They ate up one pan before I could get the second one done! Needless to say, they're a regular at our functions now! Oh and don't be put off because of the jalepenos, this isn't very spicy at all. The cream cheese balances it out.

Ingredients
- 20 - jalepenos
- 1 pkg - cream cheese
- 1 lb - bacon
How To Make baked jalepeno poppers

Step 1Preheat oven to 400. Cover baking sheet in aluminum foil for easy cleanun.

Step 2Cut stem off jalepenos. Cut jalepenos in half & remove seeds.

Step 3Spread cream cheese in jalepeno halves.

Step 4Cut bacon slices in half and wrap each jalepeno half with piece of bacon.

Step 5Place jalepenos on aluminum foil covered baking sheet. Bake 15-20 minutes or until bacon is crisp & cream cheese is slightly browned.
