1
wheel of brie cheese
1 can(s)
whole berry cranberry sauce
1 jar(s)
seedless raspberry preserves
1

How to Make MOM'S BAKED BRIE

Step-by-Step

  • 1Roll out one puff pastry sheet on a floured surface. Combine cranberry sauce and raspberry preserves. Spoon on top of brie generously. Cover with pastry sheet and fold the edges under cheese. Place on a baking sheet sprayed with pam. Brush on whisked egg. Bake in 350 degree oven till golden brown. Let sit on baking sheet for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours before moving to serving plate. Serve with remaining cranberry/raspberry mixture on side.
  • 2You can use the extra pastry sheet to cut out shapes with cookie cutters (xmas trees, easter eggs, etc.) and place on top of pastry covered brie after the egg wash. Then cover it with egg wash again.
  • 3If you want to use apricot preserves instead of cran/raspberry, substitute with apricot preserves and after you brush egg on top sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
