  • 1/2 c
    apples, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    almonds, sliced
  • 1/4 c
    dried cranberries
  • 1 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 8 oz
    round brie cheese

How to Make Baked Brie with Apples and Cranberries


  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Combine apple, almonds, cranberries, brown sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Stir in melted butter until all ingredients are moistened.
  4. Cut brie in half horizontally.
  5. Place brie, rind side down, on pie plate.
  6. Spoon half of apple mixture onto bottom half of brie and spread evenly.
  7. Place top of brie round onto bottom half with the rind side up.
  8. Spoon the remaining apple mixture on top and spread evenly.
  9. Bake 12-15 minutes, until cheese is soft and beginning to melt.
  10. Serve with crackers, apple wedges or toasted baguette slices.
