apples, chopped
1/4 c
almonds, sliced
1/4 c
dried cranberries
1 Tbsp
brown sugar
1/4 tsp
1 Tbsp
butter, melted
8 oz
round brie cheese

How to Make Baked Brie with Apples and Cranberries


  • 1Preheat oven to 350F
  • 2Combine apple, almonds, cranberries, brown sugar and cinnamon.
  • 3Stir in melted butter until all ingredients are moistened.
  • 4Cut brie in half horizontally.
  • 5Place brie, rind side down, on pie plate.
  • 6Spoon half of apple mixture onto bottom half of brie and spread evenly.
  • 7Place top of brie round onto bottom half with the rind side up.
  • 8Spoon the remaining apple mixture on top and spread evenly.
  • 9Bake 12-15 minutes, until cheese is soft and beginning to melt.
  • 10Serve with crackers, apple wedges or toasted baguette slices.
