Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 ounce ranch style dressing mix
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 pound cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup bacon, cooked, chopped
- 2 - spring onions, chopped
How To Make bacon ranch cheeseball

Step 1Mix the sour cream with ranch dressing mix in a bowl until smoothly combined.

Step 2Add the cream cheese, spring onions and Cheddar cheese to the bowl, and mix together with your hands until thoroughly blended.

Step 3Chill the mixture for 5 minutes, then shape into a ball.

Step 4Place the bacon bits into a shallow bowl, and roll all sides of the cheese ball in the bacon to coat.
