My high school math teacher turned caterer in her retirement invented this one. It's great as an appetizer or snack. Also great in stuffed mushrooms.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 ounces bacon bits
How To Make bacon parmesan

Step 1Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2Soften cream cheese in a large bowl. (I usually use defrost in the microwave for quick use.)

Step 3Mix in sour cream and mayo. Stir in other ingredients.

Step 4Bake in a 9x9 pan (or similar size) for about 20 min or until starting to brown.

Step 5Serve with your favorite crackers!
