  • 1 jar(s)
    spiced rum and maple bacon jam - recipe on jap
  • ·
    gorgonzola cheese, crumbled

How to Make Bacon Jam and Gorgonzola Appetizer


  1. Slice bread very thin. Bake at 350 degrees 5 minutes until just crisp.
  2. Spread bacon jam over the french bread rounds. Top with a little gorgonzola cheese. A little goes a long way.
  3. Place back in oven and bake until gorgonzola is melted.
