- 1 - baguette of french bread
- 1 jar spiced rum and maple bacon jam - recipe on jap
- - gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
How To Make bacon jam and gorgonzola appetizer

Step 1Slice bread very thin. Bake at 350 degrees 5 minutes until just crisp.

Step 2Spread bacon jam over the french bread rounds. Top with a little gorgonzola cheese. A little goes a long way.

Step 3Place back in oven and bake until gorgonzola is melted.
