This is a very decadent delicious appetizer. It easy to make but has a very impressive presentation. I hope you give this one a try.

Ingredients

  • 1 - baguette of french bread
  • 1 jar spiced rum and maple bacon jam - recipe on jap
  • - gorgonzola cheese, crumbled

How To Make bacon jam and gorgonzola appetizer

  • Step 1
    Slice bread very thin. Bake at 350 degrees 5 minutes until just crisp.
  • Step 2
    Spread bacon jam over the french bread rounds. Top with a little gorgonzola cheese. A little goes a long way.
  • Step 3
    Place back in oven and bake until gorgonzola is melted.
