Ingredients
- 1 - dozen jalapeno peppers
- 1 package 8-oz. pkg cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup real bacon bits (hormel brand) or you can fry up your own bacon and chop it
How To Make bacon & cheese stuffed jalapenos

Step 1Using gloves, cut jalapeno peppers in half lengthwise and scrape out seeds and white membrane.

Step 2Mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese and bacon pieces thoroughly.

Step 3Fill the peppers with the cream cheese mixture and bake at 350 degrees F. until lightly browned on edges of filling.
