Ingredients

  • ·
    3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ·
    1 can sliced black olives, 4 oz
  • ·
    1 cup finely chopped green onions
  • ·
    ¼ – ½ cup chopped jalapeno chilies
  • ·
    1 cup mayonnaise
  • ·
    1 cup crumbled crisp cooked bacon
  • ·
    1 pkg cocktail rye bread

How to Make Bacon Cheese Bites

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix the cheese, olives, green onions, jalapeno chiles, mayonnaise and bacon in a bowl and mix well. Spread on the bread. At this point, you may freeze on baking sheets, stack in sealable plastic bags and store in freezer. Place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbly.
