Ingredients
- 2 6oz. jars marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 - small onion diced
- 4 - eggs beaten
- 1/4 cup - fine breadcrumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar
- 2 tablespoons parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
How To Make artichoke nibbles

Step 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Drain one jar of marinade artichoke hearts into medium skillet, add chopped onion and saute for 5 minutes. Discard second jar of marinade. Chop artichoke hearts into small pieces.

Step 2In a separate bowl combine eggs, breadcrumbs,salt,pepper. Fold in cheese and parsley. Add artichokes and sauteed onions mixture, and blend well.

Step 3Pour into 9 inch greased glass baking dish. Bake 30 minutes. Allow to cool briefly before cutting into squares. (Can be served cold).
