Ingredients

marinated artichoke hearts
1
small onion diced
4
eggs beaten
1/4 cup
fine breadcrumbs
1/4 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper
1/8 tsp
oregano, dried
2 c
shredded sharp cheddar
2 Tbsp
parsley flakes
1 tsp
garlic powder

How to Make Artichoke Nibbles

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Drain one jar of marinade artichoke hearts into medium skillet, add chopped onion and saute for 5 minutes. Discard second jar of marinade. Chop artichoke hearts into small pieces.
  • 2In a separate bowl combine eggs, breadcrumbs,salt,pepper. Fold in cheese and parsley. Add artichokes and sauteed onions mixture, and blend well.
  • 3Pour into 9 inch greased glass baking dish. Bake 30 minutes. Allow to cool briefly before cutting into squares. (Can be served cold).
