2 6oz. jar(s)marinated artichoke hearts
1small onion diced
1/4 cupfine breadcrumbs
1/8 tsporegano, dried
2 cshredded sharp cheddar
2 Tbspparsley flakes
1 tspgarlic powder
How to Make Artichoke Nibbles
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Drain one jar of marinade artichoke hearts into medium skillet, add chopped onion and saute for 5 minutes. Discard second jar of marinade. Chop artichoke hearts into small pieces.
- In a separate bowl combine eggs, breadcrumbs,salt,pepper. Fold in cheese and parsley. Add artichokes and sauteed onions mixture, and blend well.
- Pour into 9 inch greased glass baking dish. Bake 30 minutes. Allow to cool briefly before cutting into squares. (Can be served cold).
