Ingredients

  • 2 6oz. jars marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1 - small onion diced
  • 4 - eggs beaten
  • 1/4 cup - fine breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon oregano, dried
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar
  • 2 tablespoons parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

How To Make artichoke nibbles

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Drain one jar of marinade artichoke hearts into medium skillet, add chopped onion and saute for 5 minutes. Discard second jar of marinade. Chop artichoke hearts into small pieces.
  • Step 2
    In a separate bowl combine eggs, breadcrumbs,salt,pepper. Fold in cheese and parsley. Add artichokes and sauteed onions mixture, and blend well.
  • Step 3
    Pour into 9 inch greased glass baking dish. Bake 30 minutes. Allow to cool briefly before cutting into squares. (Can be served cold).
