Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese
12 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup parmesan cheese, greated
1 - onion, finely chopped
2 - cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 jars marinated artichoke hearts
- green chiels optional

How To Make artichoke dip appetizer

Step 1

Tear artichokes apart. Combine with all all other ingredients and mix together. I use my KitchenAide mixer.

Step 2

Place in greased casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees uncovered for about 30 minutes until top is bubbly. Serve hot with crackers or Triscuits.
