Ingredients

  • 1 - 8oz block of swiss cheese
  • 1 - 8oz block of cheddar cheese
  • 1 - 8oz block or pepper jack cheese
  • 1 - 8oz block of colby jack cheese
  • 1 stick pepperoni
  • 1 can black pitted olives
  • 1 bottle submarine dressing

How To Make appetizer or snack

  • Step 1
    Cut cheese blocks into three pieces the long way. Then cut into cubes.
  • Step 2
    Slice pepperoni at least 1/4 inch thick, cut slices into 4 pieces.
  • Step 3
    Drain olives, add to cheese and pepperoni.
  • Step 4
    Use about 1/3 of the bottle of submarine dressing and pour over the cheese, pepperoni and olives and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
