This is a very quick & easy appetizer dish. You may like adding salmon to the filling also.

6 to 8 ozchopped onion

1 Tbspbutter

12 ozcream cheese, softened

1 cgrated parmesan cheese

1/4 cmayonnaise

36frozen phyllo cups
-
green onion or paprika, to taste
How To Make appetizer mini onion tarts

1Saute the onions in the butter in a large skillet until translucent. Combine with the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese & mayo in a bowl and mix well.

2Spoon into the phyllo cups and arrange on a baking sheet. Bake at 425^ for 6 to 8 minutes or until set. Granish with green onion and/or paprika.
