Ingredients
- 6 to 8 ounces chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 36 - frozen phyllo cups
- - green onion or paprika, to taste
How To Make appetizer mini onion tarts

Step 1Saute the onions in the butter in a large skillet until translucent. Combine with the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese & mayo in a bowl and mix well.

Step 2Spoon into the phyllo cups and arrange on a baking sheet. Bake at 425^ for 6 to 8 minutes or until set. Granish with green onion and/or paprika.
