Ingredients
- 1 package (9 ounces) refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 40 large stuffed olives
- 40 large pitted ripe olives
- 3/4 cup italian salad dressing
- 40 - thin slices peperoni
- 20 - thin slices hard salami, halved
How To Make anitpasto kabobs

Step 1Cook tortellini according to package directioins; drain and rinse in cold water.

Step 2In a resealable plastic bag, combine the tortellini, olives and salad dressing. Seal and refrigerate for 4 fours or overnight.

Step 3Drain and discard dressing.

Step 4For each appetizer, thread a stuffed olive, folded peperoni slice, tortellini, folded salami piece and ripe olive on a toothpick or short skewer.
