40 largestuffed olives

3/4 citalian salad dressing
40thin slices peperoni
20thin slices hard salami, halved
How to Make Anitpasto Kabobs
- Cook tortellini according to package directioins; drain and rinse in cold water.
- In a resealable plastic bag, combine the tortellini, olives and salad dressing. Seal and refrigerate for 4 fours or overnight.
- Drain and discard dressing.
- For each appetizer, thread a stuffed olive, folded peperoni slice, tortellini, folded salami piece and ripe olive on a toothpick or short skewer.
