This is a great dip that always leaves others to ask me for the recipe. It's so simple to put together, yet always a big hit. Clean up is easy when it is all eaten.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    velveeta
  • 1 1/4 lb
    hamburger or sausage
  • 1 jar
    picante sauce, pace medium (medium jar)
  • 1 bag
    tortilla chips

How To Make

    Brown Hamburger in a skillet.

    Crock Pot Method: Cube velveeta and place in crock pot with Picante Salsa and turn Crock Pot on High. Stove Top: Cube velveeta and place in Pot with Picante Salsa and begin to cook over medium heat.

    Crock Pot: Add browned hamburger and place crock pot on high, stirring frequently. Turn to Low when cheese is nearly melted and smooth. Stove Top: Add browned hamburger and cook over medium heat until cheese is smooth. Transfer to servnig bowl.
