    3- 3 ounces of cream cheese
  • 1 oz
    1-3ounce chive cream cheese
  • 1 pkg
    shredded chedder cheese
  • 1
    onion chopped fine
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1/2 c
    crushed pecans

How to Make Amish Cheeseball


  1. Allow cheese to reach room temperature.Mix cheeses,onion and horseradish.
  2. Put into refrigerator for one hour.
  3. Form into ball and roll in crushed pecans.
