With holiday parties just around the corner, I'm sharing a quick and very tasty appetizer. I am asked to bring it year after year.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese. softened
  • 6 oz
    swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/3 c
    mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp
    green onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    sliced almonds, toasted

How to Make Almond Swiss Cheese Spread

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all ingredients (save a few almonds to garnish the top). Spread in a 9" pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes (stir once after 8 minutes). Remove from oven, garnish with reserved almonds. Serve with your favorite cracker.
