Ingredients
- 1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
- 1 package cream cheese (3 oz)
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 package gelatin, unflavored
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup almonds, chopped
How To Make almond cheese

Step 1Allow cream cheese and butter to soften. Cream together; add sour cream and sugar, mixing well. Combine gelatin and water in saucepan; let stand one minute. Cook and stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves. Stir in almonds,raisins, lemon rind and extract. Mix with cream cheese mixture. Spoon into lightly greased 1 quart mold or a bowl lined with plastic wrap; chill until firm. Unmold on a serving platter and garnish with strawberries.
