1/2 tspalmond extract

1 calmonds, chopped
How to Make Almond Cheese
- Allow cream cheese and butter to soften. Cream together; add sour cream and sugar, mixing well. Combine gelatin and water in saucepan; let stand one minute. Cook and stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves. Stir in almonds,raisins, lemon rind and extract. Mix with cream cheese mixture. Spoon into lightly greased 1 quart mold or a bowl lined with plastic wrap; chill until firm. Unmold on a serving platter and garnish with strawberries.
