My kids just love these mini bites of goodness. Use whatever Alfredo sauce you like and even the type of cheese. I used 4 - cheese Alfredo, and cheddar cheese. These make a great little appetizer. I have added bacon bits to these at times also..your kids will love them..even the big kids if you know what I mean.. My pics.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup italian bread crumbs
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked ( about 8 ounces)
  • 1 jar (15 ounce) alfredo sauce, i used 4 cheese alfredo sauce
  • 2 cups shredded, cheddar cheese
  • 1 - egg, lightly beaten

How To Make alfredo mac and cheese bites

  • Step 1
Gather ingredients Heat oven to 350 degree F.
  • Step 2
Coat two 24 - well mini muffin pans with cooking spray. I sometimes do small ones, and cupcake sized ones too. Sprinkle bread crumbs on bottoms and on sides of muffin wells..I tilt the pan until all sides are coated and tap out the excess bread crumbs that don't stick.
  • Step 3
Cook pasta according to directions; drain and return to warm pan. Stir in Alfredo sauce, egg, and cheese.
  • Step 4
Divide mixture evenly among muffin wells. I sprinkled a few bread crumbs on top also, before baking. Bake 15 minutes, or until set and lightly browned. Let cook 10 min, in pan before serving.
  • Step 5
These do not stick to the pan, they pull right out.. Enjoy! and Merry Christmas!!!
