This is more of a quick "idea" than a recipe because it is meant for kids to be able to do in the oven or a toaster oven.

How to Make After School Pizza Snack

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Place desired amount of bread slices on baking sheet. Top with pizza sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. Then lightly sprinkle with Italian seasoning, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  3. Bake in oven approximately 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  4. I have scooped out a small amount of the bread to make room for more toppings. You can vary this to suit your taste. I have even made a version of "chicken ranch" pizza that our local pizza place makes. And you can use the garlic bread that already has cheese on it. The variations are endless.
