Ingredients

1 lbbulk hot pork sausage

1 lblean ground beef

1 lbvelveeta cheese, cut into cubes

1 tspworcestershire sauce

1 Tbspbasil, dried or 1 teaspoon oregano

1/2 tspkosher salt

1/2 tspfreshly ground black pepper

1 tspgarlic powder with parsley

1 lbmozzarella cheese, freshly shredded

1 lbloaf cocktail rye bread
How to Make A Little Hanky Panky
- Saute sausage and beef in a large frying pan. Drain in a colander and blot with paper towel to absorb as much grease as possible.
- Combine sausage mixture and Velveeta cheese and cook until cheese is melted.
Add Worcestershire sauce, oregano, salt, pepper, garlic powder and blend well. - Spread mixture on cocktail rye and sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top.
Bake at 350-degrees for 10 minutes. - Hanky Pankies may be made ahead and frozen.
Bake for 12 minutes if frozen.
