Saute sausage and beef in a large frying pan. Drain in a colander and blot with paper towel to absorb as much grease as possible.

Combine sausage mixture and Velveeta cheese and cook until cheese is melted.
Add Worcestershire sauce, oregano, salt, pepper, garlic powder and blend well.

Spread mixture on cocktail rye and sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top.
Bake at 350-degrees for 10 minutes.
