- 1 - 8-inch flour tortilla
- 1/2 cup shredded mexican-blend cheese
- 1 tablespoon canned diced green chiles
- 2 tablespoons canned no-salt whole-kernal corn
How To Make 3cs (cheese, corn and chiles) quesadilla

Step 1Coat a skillet with nonstick spray. Place a tortilla in the skillet over medium heat and sprinkle with cheese. Sprinkle chiles and corn over cheese and cook for 1 minute, or until cheese begins to melt. Fold in half and cook 30 seconds. Turn over and cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute or until heated through.
