    8-inch flour tortilla
  • 1/2 c
    shredded mexican-blend cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    canned diced green chiles
  • 2 Tbsp
    canned no-salt whole-kernal corn

How To Make 3cs (cheese, corn and chiles) quesadilla

    Coat a skillet with nonstick spray. Place a tortilla in the skillet over medium heat and sprinkle with cheese. Sprinkle chiles and corn over cheese and cook for 1 minute, or until cheese begins to melt. Fold in half and cook 30 seconds. Turn over and cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute or until heated through.
