In saute pan with drizzle olive oil combine onions & peppers with salt, saute for a few minutes. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
Combine with room temperature cooked beans. Add 3 tablespoons italian seasoning with drizzle of olive oil and set aside.
After bread is crisp, cut and spread roasted garlic on bread.
Serve bread on side of beans. Also served with chopped seasoned tomatoes.
**I roasted a head of garlic in tinfoil drizzled with olive oil for 35min in 400 degree oven.
