Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 can black olives, drained and chopped
  • - pine nuts or pecans, optional

How To Make vegetable dip

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients and put into a bowl to serve.
  • Step 2
    Or, you may scoop the dip onto a sheet of plastic wrap, cover, and shape into a ball.
  • Step 3
    Place the cheese ball into the refrigerator to firm it up.
  • Step 4
    Remove the cheese ball from the refrigerator, unwrap it, and roll it in pine nuts or pecans.
  • Step 5
    Serve with crackers.
