Ingredients
- 3 large tomatoes
- 200 grams flour
- 2 medium eggs
- 1 large onion
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 150 grams bread crumbs
- 150 milliliters oil
How To Make tomato pancakes

Step 1Wash and peel the tomatoes.Cut them in cubes,pull out the seeds and dry them very well.

Step 2Peel,wash and chop the onion,and stew it in oil.

Step 3Let it chill.

Step 4Mix in a bowl,tomatoes,onion,eggs,flour (till is thick),salt,pepper.

Step 5Modelate little pancakes,cover them with bread crumbs,and fry them well.

Step 6Serve them with salted cheese.
