My son, Alexander and I love pizza, but as you know it has way too many calories in a slice. We wanted something in the way of pizza, and something that was cheap. This is what we came up with.

Ingredients
- 1 - loaf of ciabatta bread
- - olive oil cooking spray
- - sliced fresh mozzarella cheese
- - sliced roma tomatoes
- - garlic salt, ground pepper and dried basil
- - olive oil, extra virgin
How To Make tomato and mozzaerella ciabatta bread

Step 1Heat oven to 400 degrees. Slice Ciabatta bread lenght wise and spray with olive oil cooking spray.

Step 2Slice FRESH mozzarella cheese, slice Roma tomatoes, layer onto Ciabatta, season with garlic salt, pepper and dried Basil. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and bake for about 10 - 15 minutes, until cheese is melted.
