Ingredients
- 1 medium red or green pepper
- 3 or 4 - green onions finely chopped
- 8 1/2 ounces cream cheese softened
- 8 ounces can of mushrooms drained & chopped
- 1 package flour tortillas
- 1 package sausage (i use bob evans hot)
How To Make spicy sausage pinrolls

Step 1Cook Sausage till done, drain and set aside.

Step 2While sausage is cooking dice pepper, onion and mushrooms and mix in with cream cheese. Add Sausage.

Step 3Spread mixture over tortilla, roll up and wrap in Reynolds wrap. Chill overnight for best results.

Step 4Slice and serve into 1" pieces and serve!
