Ingredients

1 medium red or green pepper
3 or 4 - green onions finely chopped
8 1/2 ounces cream cheese softened
8 ounces can of mushrooms drained & chopped
1 package flour tortillas
1 package sausage (i use bob evans hot)

How To Make spicy sausage pinrolls

Step 1

Cook Sausage till done, drain and set aside.

Step 2

While sausage is cooking dice pepper, onion and mushrooms and mix in with cream cheese. Add Sausage.
Step 3

Spread mixture over tortilla, roll up and wrap in Reynolds wrap. Chill overnight for best results.
Step 4

Slice and serve into 1" pieces and serve!
