My family and I love this dip! My friend Sandra made this for us and it's been a hit ever since (hence naming it after her). I could sit there with a spoon and eat it! Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans artichoke hearts chopped & drained
  • 4 cloves chopped garlic
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • - salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup italian bread crumbs

How To Make sandra's artichoke dip

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients together and arrange in baking dish.
  • Step 2
    Sprinkle with Italian bread crumbs.
  • Step 3
    Bake uncovered for 30 minutes and then broil 5 minutes until golden brown.
  • Step 4
    Serve warm with chips, crackers, chunks of bread or with a spoon which is the way I like to eat it!
