sandra's artichoke dip
My family and I love this dip! My friend Sandra made this for us and it's been a hit ever since (hence naming it after her). I could sit there with a spoon and eat it! Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 2 cans artichoke hearts chopped & drained
- 4 cloves chopped garlic
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- - salt & pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup italian bread crumbs
How To Make sandra's artichoke dip

Step 1Mix all ingredients together and arrange in baking dish.

Step 2Sprinkle with Italian bread crumbs.

Step 3Bake uncovered for 30 minutes and then broil 5 minutes until golden brown.

Step 4Serve warm with chips, crackers, chunks of bread or with a spoon which is the way I like to eat it!
