  • 2 - potatoes
  • 1/2 - large onion
  • 1/2 pound ground pork
  • - oil, to fry

How To Make onion and pork mashed potatoes

  • Step 1
    Boil potatoes until they are fork tender. Drain and then peel and mash into a smooth paste.
  • Step 2
    Finely dice the onion, and sauté in oil until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Add the ground pork to the skillet, and sauté until cooked through. Add in the potatoes, and stir constantly until the potatoes are golden. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
