Ingredients

1 lb
radishes (best quality!) washed and trimmed
1/2
orange, juice of
1/2
meyer lemon, juice of (standard lemon ok)
2 Tbsp
extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
icing sugar (aka powdered sugar but granulated sugar ok)
1-2 Tbsp
orange flower water (start with 1/2 t. then add more, to taste)

How to Make Moroccan Radish Salad

Step-by-Step

  • 1Toss all ingredients together in a non-reactive bowl. Cover and chill.
  • 2Transfer the mixture to a bowl or platter and serve at room temperature. Suggestion: I lined a bowl with red leaf lettuce first and garnished the top of the radishes with orange zest.
