Ingredients
- 1 pound radishes (best quality!) washed and trimmed
- 1/2 - orange, juice of
- 1/2 - meyer lemon, juice of (standard lemon ok)
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon icing sugar (aka powdered sugar but granulated sugar ok)
- 1-2 tablespoon orange flower water (start with 1/2 t. then add more, to taste)
How To Make moroccan radish salad

Step 1Toss all ingredients together in a non-reactive bowl. Cover and chill.

Step 2Transfer the mixture to a bowl or platter and serve at room temperature. Suggestion: I lined a bowl with red leaf lettuce first and garnished the top of the radishes with orange zest.
