I make this salsa just about everyday.We love it on eggs,fish,meats,Mexican foods,just about everything. If you don't care for hot foods,you might want to omit the serrano pepper. We love spicy so I use the seeds and veins of all the chilies.I like to mince all the ingredients(even the tomatoes)/Be sure to drain any liquid that might accumulate in the dish before using,also these are approximate measurements,I don't measure I just mince as many tomatoes as I need since they are the main ingredient.

Ingredients

  • - 1/2 cup white onion,minced
  • - 4-5 garlic cloves,minced
  • - 1 to 2 jalapeño peppers,minced)
  • - 1 serrano pepper,minced
  • - 4-6 plum tomatoes,minced
  • - 1/2 bunch cilantro,minced
  • - salt,to taste

  • Step 1
    Toss all ingredients in a bowl.Taste,adjust.Serve at rm. temp.
