Very good, cheesy, gooey, mushrooms, developed by my 22 yr old daughter

    fresh whole mushrooms, stems removed and reserved
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 3 Tbsp
    cream cheese
  • 3 Tbsp
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2
    onion, minced
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Jessica's Stuffed mushrooms


  1. wash mushrooms with a damp paper towel. mince reserved stems.
  2. saute onions, add stems and garlic
  3. remove from heat, add cream cheese and parmesan cheese and salt, pepper to taste
  4. fill mushroom caps with the prepared stuffing. sprinkle additional parmesan cheese if desired
  5. bake at 350F for 20 to 25 minutes until mushroom juice is visible in pan
