fresh whole mushrooms, stems removed and reserved
2 Tbsp
1 tsp
minced garlic
3 Tbsp
cream cheese
3 Tbsp
grated parmesan cheese
onion, minced
salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Jessica's Stuffed mushrooms


  • 1wash mushrooms with a damp paper towel. mince reserved stems.
  • 2saute onions, add stems and garlic
  • 3remove from heat, add cream cheese and parmesan cheese and salt, pepper to taste
  • 4fill mushroom caps with the prepared stuffing. sprinkle additional parmesan cheese if desired
  • 5bake at 350F for 20 to 25 minutes until mushroom juice is visible in pan
