Ingredients
- 12 - fresh whole mushrooms, stems removed and reserved
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 - onion, minced
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make jessica's stuffed mushrooms

Step 1wash mushrooms with a damp paper towel. mince reserved stems.

Step 2saute onions, add stems and garlic

Step 3remove from heat, add cream cheese and parmesan cheese and salt, pepper to taste

Step 4fill mushroom caps with the prepared stuffing. sprinkle additional parmesan cheese if desired

Step 5bake at 350F for 20 to 25 minutes until mushroom juice is visible in pan
