(1 RATING)
Andrew, a staff member of mine, brings this every year to our Christmas Eve Party. It is yummy and not too spicy.

How To Make jalapeno popper dip
-
Step 1Combine all ingredients (except topping ingredients) in a medium bowl. Mix well.
-
Step 2Place in a greased 9x9 baking dish.
-
Step 3Combine the topping ingredients. Place on top of jalapeno mixture.
-
Step 4Bake at 350* for 20-30 minutes until topping is browned. Serve with corn chips, tostitos chips, or crackers of choice.
-
Step 5***note the seeds will make it firey hot!!!!*** I have made it leaving some seeds (about 2 jalapenos worth), it was great. Just a little kick to it. So depending on how much heat you want, go seedless to insanity (leaving in all seeds) :-)
