Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sliced green olives with pimentos
  • 1/4 cup garbanzo beans
  • 1/4 cup chopped artichoke hearts
  • 2 tablespoons chopped sun dried tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup kidney beans
  • 1/2 cup good quality red wine vinnegarette with olive oil
  • 12 - mini colored sweet peppers

How To Make italian pepper boats

  • Step 1
    Marinate at least one day in refrigerator Slice peppers lengthwise and seed. Fill peppers with veggies to create boats. Serve.
