Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sliced green olives with pimentos
- 1/4 cup garbanzo beans
- 1/4 cup chopped artichoke hearts
- 2 tablespoons chopped sun dried tomatoes
- 1/4 cup kidney beans
- 1/2 cup good quality red wine vinnegarette with olive oil
- 12 - mini colored sweet peppers
How To Make italian pepper boats

Step 1Marinate at least one day in refrigerator Slice peppers lengthwise and seed. Fill peppers with veggies to create boats. Serve.
