Ingredients
- 2-16 ounces loaves king's hawaiian sweet round bread
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 package ranch dip, 1can 13-15oz. artichokes hearts, drained and chopped
- 1-10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach thawed and well drained
- 1-8oz. can sliced water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese, optional
How To Make islander artichoke & spinach dip

Step 1Preheat oven to 350

Step 2hollow 1 loaf leaving 1in. on sides and bottoms.

Step 3cube removed bread and additional loaf.

Step 4place bowl and cubes on baking sheets and bake for 10 min. until golden brown.

Step 5mix mayonnaise, sour cream and dip in large bowl.

Step 6add artichoke hearts, spinach and water chestnuts, mix well
-
Step 7if serving cold, cover and refrigerate until well chilled.

Step 8transfer dip to bread bowl, serve w/ toasted bread cubes.
