- pork sausage, mild
- 3 pkg
- cream cheese
- 1 lb
- jalapeno peppers
- bacon, uncooked chopped
How to Make Grandma's Jalapeno Poppers
- 1Remove stems of peppers, slice in half, deseed and rinse (wear rubber gloves) set aside and let dry.
- 2cook Pork sausage crumbling into small bits. Drain off grease. Mix in Cream Cheese until creamy.
- 3Spread halved peppers on baking sheet cut side up. Fill with cream cheese mixture sparingly.(if any left over go back and fill in)
- 4Place chopped bacon over tops. Bake at 350 for 30mins or until bacon is done. serve warm
