2 lbpork sausage, mild
3 pkgcream cheese
1 lbjalapeno peppers
·bacon, uncooked chopped
How to Make Grandma's Jalapeno Poppers
- Remove stems of peppers, slice in half, deseed and rinse (wear rubber gloves) set aside and let dry.
- cook Pork sausage crumbling into small bits. Drain off grease. Mix in Cream Cheese until creamy.
- Spread halved peppers on baking sheet cut side up. Fill with cream cheese mixture sparingly.(if any left over go back and fill in)
- Place chopped bacon over tops. Bake at 350 for 30mins or until bacon is done. serve warm
