2 lb
pork sausage, mild
3 pkg
cream cheese
1 lb
jalapeno peppers
bacon, uncooked chopped

How to Make Grandma's Jalapeno Poppers

Step-by-Step

  • 1Remove stems of peppers, slice in half, deseed and rinse (wear rubber gloves) set aside and let dry.
  • 2cook Pork sausage crumbling into small bits. Drain off grease. Mix in Cream Cheese until creamy.
  • 3Spread halved peppers on baking sheet cut side up. Fill with cream cheese mixture sparingly.(if any left over go back and fill in)
  • 4Place chopped bacon over tops. Bake at 350 for 30mins or until bacon is done. serve warm
