- 2 small english seedless cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
How To Make cucumber and red onion salad

Step 1In a bowl, combine the cucumbers and red onion.

Step 2In another small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Whisk together.

Step 3Pour over the cucumber mixture; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
