    english seedless cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 1 c
    red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp
    white vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    white wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    rice vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    sesame oil

How to Make Cucumber and Red Onion Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. In a bowl, combine the cucumbers and red onion.
  2. In another small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Whisk together.
  3. Pour over the cucumber mixture; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
