Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked mashed potatoes
- 2 cups cooked ham, finely chopped
- 1 cup swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 1/2 cups corn flakes, crushed
How To Make crunchy potato balls

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2Combine the potatoes, ham, cheese, salad dressing, eggs, onion, mustard, salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl and mix well.

Step 3Shape into 1 inch balls and roll in corn flake crumbs.

Step 4Arrange the balls on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes or until brown.
