Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked mashed potatoes
  • 2 cups cooked ham, finely chopped
  • 1 cup swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 - eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 1/2 cups corn flakes, crushed

How To Make crunchy potato balls

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Combine the potatoes, ham, cheese, salad dressing, eggs, onion, mustard, salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
  • Step 3
    Shape into 1 inch balls and roll in corn flake crumbs.
  • Step 4
    Arrange the balls on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes or until brown.
