Crunchy Potato Balls

Recipe given to me by a friend.
2 ccooked mashed potatoes
2 ccooked ham, finely chopped
1 cswiss cheese, shredded
1/2 cranch dressing
1/4 cfinely chopped onion
1 tspprepared mustard
3 1/2 ccorn flakes, crushed
How to Make Crunchy Potato Balls
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Combine the potatoes, ham, cheese, salad dressing, eggs, onion, mustard, salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
- Shape into 1 inch balls and roll in corn flake crumbs.
- Arrange the balls on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes or until brown.
