I love avocados. My husband? Not so much. So as an alternative, I came up with this little ditty that works for both of us when I make my 7-layer taco dip. Please enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1
    8 oz. package reduced fat onion/chive cream cheese, softened
  • 3 to 4
    ripe avocados, can use more to taste or if small
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 to 1/4 c
    lime juice (can use lemon juice)
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    cumin
  • 1/3 c
    onion, chopped (optional)

How to Make CREAM CHEESE GUACAMOLE

Step-by-Step

  1. Mash and stir all ingredients until mixed well. Can adjust spices and lime (or lemon) juice to taste. Store covered in the refrigerator. Sometimes I add some green chilies and/or chili powder for extra zip.
