My daughter came up with this dip. It is so good. When she makes it I have her double it so there is enough for me!!

Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen corn- thawed
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • pinch salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded - optional
  • 1 cup sour cream of to taste

How To Make corn dip

  • Step 1
    saute thawed corn in pan on stove in butter. add salt and pepper to taste
  • Step 2
    when corn is very lightly browned add honey and saute some more then add heavy cream and cook a little more.
  • Step 3
    put in a bowl and add sour cream and cheese and enjoy with doritos or corn chips. best served warm but good cold too!
