Ingredients

  • 1 bunch cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • dash dash of your favorite hot sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon favorite hot sauce
  • 3 tablespoons salted butter, melted
  • 1 pinch salt
  • - ranch dressing for serving

How To Make cauliflower "hot wing" bites

  • Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Wash the cauliflower and cut into bite-sized pieces. In a medium bowl, blend flour, water, hot sauce, garlic salt and dried onion.
  • Step 2
Evenly coat each piece of cauliflower in the batter. Place coated cauliflower on prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 15 minutes, just until the batter hardens.
  • Step 3
Sauce: Mix together hot sauce, butter and salt. When the cauliflower has finished baking, remove it from the oven and evenly coat each piece with the sauce. Bake an additional 5-7 minutes until the sauce has somewhat dried and the cauliflower is crispy. Let cool before serving. Serve with Ranch dressing. Refrigerate leftovers.
