How To Make cauliflower "hot wing" bites
-
Step 1Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Wash the cauliflower and cut into bite-sized pieces. In a medium bowl, blend flour, water, hot sauce, garlic salt and dried onion.
-
Step 2Evenly coat each piece of cauliflower in the batter. Place coated cauliflower on prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 15 minutes, just until the batter hardens.
-
Step 3Sauce: Mix together hot sauce, butter and salt. When the cauliflower has finished baking, remove it from the oven and evenly coat each piece with the sauce. Bake an additional 5-7 minutes until the sauce has somewhat dried and the cauliflower is crispy. Let cool before serving. Serve with Ranch dressing. Refrigerate leftovers.
