Ingredients
- 1 bag mini sweet peppers
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 6 ounces cheddar, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 - hot & spicy brat links, casing removed
How To Make spicy brat stuffed peppers

Step 1NOTE: The amount of peppers this recipe stuffs will vary depending on the size of the mini peppers.

Step 2Remove brats from casing and cook while breaking apart. Allow to cool.

Step 3Allow cream cheese come to room temp. Grate cheese and mix with cream cheese along with red pepper flakes and crumbled sausage.

Step 4Cut the tops off the peppers long ways. Stuff with cheese and brat mixture till heaping.

Step 5Smoke about 45 min at 225°. You can also grill with indirect heat of cook in the oven. 350° for about 20-30 min. You can cook longer or less depending on the texture you want your peppers to be.
