baked spinach artichoke dip

I love it! This is a recipe I found a long time ago but I didn't note where.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces parmasen cheese, shredded
  • 16 ounces mozzarella
  • 14 ounces artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
  • 9 ounces spinach, frozen; thawed and squeezed out
  • 1 cup mayo or sour cream
  • 1/2 package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons onion, finely diced
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped

How To Make baked spinach artichoke dip

  • Step 1
    Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Be sure to mix everything every well.
  • Step 2
    Pour into an 8x8 dish and smooth evenly.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until it starts to brown.
  • Step 4
    Serve with chips, crackers, pita bred or whatever your heart desires.
