  • 16 oz
    parmasen cheese, shredded
  • 16 oz
  • 14 oz
    artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
  • 9 oz
    spinach, frozen; thawed and squeezed out
  • 1 c
    mayo or sour cream
  • 1/2 pkg
    cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp
    onion, finely diced
  • 1 clove
    garlic, finely chopped

How to Make Baked Spinach Artichoke Dip


  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Be sure to mix everything every well.
  2. Pour into an 8x8 dish and smooth evenly.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until it starts to brown.
  4. Serve with chips, crackers, pita bred or whatever your heart desires.
