  • 40 medium mushroom caps
  • 1/2 pound bacon,crisply cooked&crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup corn chips,crushed
  • 2 - garlic cloves,crushed
  • 2 tablespoons onions,finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon dry red wine

How To Make bacon mushroon crowns

  • Step 1
    REMOVE nushrooms stems and chop.COMBINE them with remaining ingredients.FILL mushroom caps.PLACE on baking sheet stuffing side up.BROIL 5-7 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
