- 1/2 pound bacon,crisply cooked&crumbled
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup corn chips,crushed
- 2 - garlic cloves,crushed
- 2 tablespoons onions,finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon dry red wine

Step 1REMOVE nushrooms stems and chop.COMBINE them with remaining ingredients.FILL mushroom caps.PLACE on baking sheet stuffing side up.BROIL 5-7 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
