Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

  • 1 can(s)
    8.5 ounces artichoke hearts,drained
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 2 tsp
    lemon juice (bottled is fine)

How to Make Artichoke Spread filling dip

Step-by-Step

  1. Drain your artichoke hearts. Add all ingredients in a food processor and whip until blended.
  2. NOTE: You can use fresh onion and garlic. I sometimes saute them along with the drained artichokes before adding the cream cheese and lemon juice. I have found that using the powdered onion and garlic is just as good (if you are in a hurry) For those who like a little spice, a few shakes of tabasco is also good.
