Ingredients

6oz marinated artichoke hearts
1 small
oion, finely chopped
1 clove
garlic, minced
4
eggs, beaten
1/4 c
fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
each: pepper, oregano, and tabasco sauce
2 c
sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 jar(s)
4oz pimento
2 Tbsp
parsley, snipped

How to Make ARTICHOKE NIBBLERS

Step-by-Step

  • 1Drain liquid from 1 jar of artichoke hearts and discard.
    Drain liquid from 2nd jar into frying pan.
  • 2Add onion and garlic, and sauté.
  • 3Chop artichokes into quarters.
  • 4Combine eggs, crumbs, salt, pepper, oregano, and Tabasco sauce.
  • 5Stir in cheese, pimento, and artichokes.
    Add onion mixture.
  • 6Pour into 9" square buttered baking dish.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
  • 7Bake at 325 for 30 minutes, or until lightly set.
    Cut in 1" squares.
