Ingredients

  • 28 oz
    artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1
    small onion, chopped
  • 3/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 c
    parmesan cheese, grated & divided

How to Make Artichoke Dip

Step-by-Step

  1. In 2-quart crock, mix artichoke, onion, mayonnaise and 1/2 cup cheese. Cover and cook on medium setting for 2-3 hours.
  2. One-half hour prior to serving, reduce temperature to warm setting, top with additional 1/2 cup cheese and cover.
