Ingredients
- 28 ounces artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 - small onion, chopped
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated & divided
How To Make artichoke dip

Step 1In 2-quart crock, mix artichoke, onion, mayonnaise and 1/2 cup cheese. Cover and cook on medium setting for 2-3 hours.

Step 2One-half hour prior to serving, reduce temperature to warm setting, top with additional 1/2 cup cheese and cover.
