Warm Blue Crab Bruschetta
Slow Cooker Crock Pot
peeled seeded and diced roma or plum tomatoes
bluelump crabmeat, picked over for shells
cracked black pepper
baguettes, sliced and toasted
How to Make Warm Blue Crab Bruschetta
1Combine tomatoes, onions, garlic, oil, vinegar, oregano and sugar in 4 1/2 quart crock pot or slow cooker. Cover, cook on low for 2 hours
2Add crabmeat salt and pepper. Stir gently to mix, taking care not to break up crabmeat lumps. Cook on LOW one more hour.
3Fold in basil. Serve on toasted baguette slices.
