tasty crab n cream cheese pinwheels
These are a very tasty appetizer or anytime snack...I first made them for a New Years Eve party, and got rave reviews...I adapted this recipe from a ham type pinwheel my Aunt always made...my family has come to love this one even better... Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 6 - 8 ounces imitation crab - or crab meat - chopped or shredded
- 1/2 cup sweet red pepper, diced small
- 3 - green onion, chopped - plus tops
- 1/2 cup shredded, cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped or dried
- 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- chili - powder to taste
- garnish - with paprika
- 5 - 6 - 6 inch flour tortilla's
How To Make tasty crab n cream cheese pinwheels

Step 1In a medium sized bowl; beat cream cheese until smooth. Fold in the parsley, red pepper, sauce, onion, cheese and crab. Sprinkle with desired chili powder.

Step 2Lay out your tortilla's Spread about 1/4 cup onto each tortilla.

Step 3Roll tightly. I cut the ends with kitchen shears.

Step 4Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 2 hours.

Step 5Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Slice each roll into 5 - 6 slices and place on a sprayed baking sheet.

Step 6Bake for 10 - 15 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle with paprika and enjoy!
