Ingredients

  • 250 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon bake powder
  • 2 medium egg yolks
  • 150 grams butter
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 400 grams preserved tomato cubes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 100 grams black olives without kernels
  • 100 grams anchovis
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary
  • 1 pinch sugar

How To Make tart with tomatoes and anchovis

  • Step 1
    Mix in a robot,butter,egg yolks,bake powder and water,till,is a dough.Pu a little,in the fridge.
  • Step 2
    Mix tomato cubes,oil,chopped onion,and,minced garlic,balsamic vinegar,sugar,and black pepper,and,boil.Set aside.
  • Step 3
    Heat the oven.
  • Step 4
    In a smeared tray,lay the dough,put the tomato sauce,black olives,anchovis,rosemary,and,bake.
