Ingredients
- 250 grams flour
- 1 teaspoon bake powder
- 2 medium egg yolks
- 150 grams butter
- 2 tablespoons water
- 400 grams preserved tomato cubes
- 1 medium onion
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 100 grams black olives without kernels
- 100 grams anchovis
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 tablespoon rosemary
- 1 pinch sugar
How To Make tart with tomatoes and anchovis

Step 1Mix in a robot,butter,egg yolks,bake powder and water,till,is a dough.Pu a little,in the fridge.

Step 2Mix tomato cubes,oil,chopped onion,and,minced garlic,balsamic vinegar,sugar,and black pepper,and,boil.Set aside.

Step 3Heat the oven.

Step 4In a smeared tray,lay the dough,put the tomato sauce,black olives,anchovis,rosemary,and,bake.
