..when I thought up this recipe, I was fiddling around with different spices for a different taste..yummy

Ingredients

  • 2 pinches salt
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 pinches cajun seasoning
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 pinch dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1 1/2 pounds colossal shrimp,thawed/rinsed/peeled/deveined
  • 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic

How To Make sweet'tart' shrimp

  • Step 1
    In a medium saucepan, add water, 1T butter, garlic, 1 pinch of salt,1 pinch of Cajun seasoning, parsley & garlic, to a boil; stir and add shrimp. Reduce heat to low & par-cook shrimp.
  • Step 2
    Remove from heat; drain. Heat a small skillet adding remaining butter with shrimp and remaining ingredients (not lemon pepper). Cook till shrimp have turned pink and have caramelized from the honey. After shrimp are pink, sprinkle with lemon pepper stir around.
  • Step 3
    Remove shrimp for skillet on to plate for serving. Serve with side salad and garlic bread.
